1. To act as insurance for the price of $ANTC and to assemble multiple assets to grow each token’s intrinsic value.

2. To ensure that the reward pools can be sustained.

In essence, a larger and more diversified treasury is better, as it is less susceptible to volatility. However, the question remains: how is the treasury supposed to grow?

The treasury will grow in several ways, including:

1. In-game assets: As users participate in different actions in the Kingdom of ANTS, such as purchasing a basic ANT, purse, or leveling potion, the protocol will redistribute the assets used to buy these items to the treasury, creating a constant revenue stream.

2. Investments: A portion of the treasury assets will be reinvested to generate profits. Our biggest challenge will be to assemble the most capital-efficient portfolio, and we will implement an investment framework and DAO votes to define the direction of our investments with eligible holders.
